As one who was fortunate enough to not lose his life during 27 years of military service, I pray for those whose family member or friend did pay that price.

And to the veterans who have been lost over the many years we've struggled to gain and maintain our freedom, thank you.

To those who now serve or have served...My most hearfelt thanks and a tip o' the hat
To those who returned lesser than when they departed...How can I serve you?
For those that did not return, a moment of silence and remembrance and my deepest condolences to those you left behind.

Let us never forget our Members of the Armed Forces, past and present.

This is 30 minutes too late, my apologies...but...
...My deepest thanks to all the service-people who have sacrificed life, limb and time for our country.
