It seems Michael Moore is for gun ownership after all. He has minutemen now and they are Islamists. It sounds like he wishes them success!

"The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not "insurgents" or "terrorists" or "The Enemy." They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow -- and they will win. Get it, Mr. Bush? You closed down a friggin' weekly newspaper, you great giver of freedom and democracy! Then all hell broke loose. The paper only had 10,000 readers! " - Michael Moore

Wow, quite a quote. What's that textbook logical fallacy I'm searching for... hmmm... post hoc, ergo propter hoc? Sort of ignores the likelyhood that whatsisface, Sadr, is the Iranian cat's paw in Iraq, trying to grab the Shia away from Al Sistani...

They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen

Wow now that he put it that way, the Iraqis sound just like they are being led by George Washington to fight for freedom.

Funny how Idon't remember in my history classes minutemen threatening to burn civillians alive or fighting for a regime that likes to rape women and put people into wood chippers.

Mr. Moore, you live in a fantasy world.

Please don't discourage him from voicing ideas like this. The leadership of the left is already getting polarized enough to alienate their constituents. We need to encourage them to show their true colors MORE.

I agree with yeager the more these radicals afiliate themselves with the Dems the more votes for GOP. Even my parents whoa re pretty liberal cringe every time they see kerry with kennedy imagine what independents are thinking. The more the radicals voice themselves the more rational people will distance themselves from them.
keep fighting moore you ignorant, misinformed, logically disjointed fool:barf:

the majority of Americans supported this war once it began and, sadly, that majority must now sacrifice their children until enough blood has been let that maybe -- just maybe -- God and the Iraqi people will forgive us in the end.

This generation's Jane Fonda? If he's such a courageous guy, why doesn't he go to Iraq himself so he can show the world how horrible America is? It amazes me and pisses me off to think that pieces of crap like him, who constantly bitch and moan about how horrible America and capitalism are, have made millions because of America and capitalism:fire:

This generation's Jane Fonda?
Thanks a lot nico. Now I have an image of Moore rolling around on a shag rug like in the opening scene of Barbarella.

"A good many dramatic situations begin with screaming."

Counseling isn't going to help. I'm going to go pour bleach in my eyes and hope that scours the image from me...

I'm glad to see that he's on America's side.

Man, is that cat nutty.

That "weekly paper" was shut down because its front-page headline was an exhortation that "Every Iraqi Must Kill One American Pig."

It wasn't about making the Iraqi pork industry more competitive, either.

ANY newspaper would be closed for such a thing. If the Springfield State Journal Register published a line like that, they'd shut it down too. Michael Moore is offensively stupid.

Quickly! Ban all of the (assalt) cheese burgers before all of america is consumed by (Assalt) food crimes....Like FAT!!!!! Its for the children!!!! LOL

::::::: currently have two cameramen/reporters doing work for me in Iraq for my movie (unbeknownst to the Army). They are talking to soldiers and gathering the true sentiment about what is really going on. They Fed Ex the footage back to me each week.:::::::

so Mr. Moore, I guess we can assume that the footage you speak of will be edited in a fair and balanced manner, showing both points of view???

something tells me that eventuality is unlikely

BSR

I would donate $1000 to Bush if he would start enforcing the Federal Sedition statutes.

Fallacy of composition?

The arguement is logically sound, but the underlying facts fail to support it, since they are wrong.

Or it could be that Michael Moore is an ??????? with no moral fiber who will say anything to sell a book so he can stuff his fat face with McBurgers and since he has found a profitable audience like any good fool he continues to tell them what they want to hear
