Micheal Bloomberg just wont quit

Tonight I was listening to "cam and company", NRA talk radio on sirius patriot 144, whoo-hoo!! Cam's radio show is awesome. Anyhow, he was talking about Micheal Bloomberg's press conference today displaying 2 videos of evidence in his sting operation against out of state gun dealers. Apparently the tapes were highly edited. The ATF asked Bloomberg if they could look at his supposed evidence and he said no! I think Bloomberg is stalling because he has no evidence! Bloomberg went so far as to demand that the ATF, a federal law enforcement agency, sign an agreement with NYC that it would not release any evidence, unless Bloomberg said it was ok! Who in the hell does this idiot think he is!?!? The ATF does not have to sign anything with Bloomberg, they can tell him to pound sand. They should declare his whole investigation illegal and hit him with a stiff fine! Who died and made this jerk emperor? The National Shooting Sports Foundation is calling on the ATF to subpeona the evidence, forcing him to turn it over, if he does not, then it would be obstruction of justice.

I have several major problems with Bloomberg and his tactics. Besides the fact that he is an idiot and is championing a lost cause, what gives him the right to do anything outside of NYC? His so called sting operation was illegal, he gave no notice to the ATF, used private investigators, sent them to 5 other states to entrap targeted gun dealers into straw purchases, and he as absolutely ZERO jurisdiction outside of NYC city limits. Bloomberg also wants to sue these gun dealers and force them into a settlement that would require oversight by a "special master" appointed by the mayor. Again, what gives him the right to do any of this, when he has no jurisdiction? Did someone die and make Bloomberg god? Bloomberg also said that if the gun dealers refuse his settlement, NYC would fine the gun dealers. Again, where is his authority to do this? Bloomberg is just a mayor from a sewer of a city. Could someone please give this fool a one way ticket to Cuba! This guy makes my blood boil!!

Someone should mention to Bloomberg that NYC had 400 homicides last year for a reason.....gun control.

Blatantly unconstitutional. He has usurped the power of a federal agency created by act of congress. He has usurped the power to regulate interstate commerce from congress. He has deprived the defendants in the other states of due process and their 6th amendment right to a speedy and public trial in the state or district where the 'crime' was committed. He believes his agents are above the law and committed multiple federal felonies and now will not cooperate with the ATF.

He is a tyrant in the purest sense of the word and he deserves the gallows. And that's the high road version of what should be done with him. If the tax collectors at the BATF won't charge and prosecute him then it'll be up to the people to dispense justice.

Don't know about ATF, but if Bloomberg had told ME back in the day, that I couldn't have evidence in one of my investigations, I'd have gotten two federal warrants -- one for the evidence, and one for the arrest of hisdishonner.

That can be arranged. Cuba may be accepting applications soon for dictator, and from what I've seen of Bloomberg, I'd say he fits the bill quite nicely.
