From the states, in Minnesota, a single judge has determined that the lives of Minnesotans are not worth defending. ... Or at least that's the upshot of the ruling from Ramsey County District Court Judge John Finley that the state's two-year-old concealed carry law is unconstitutional, because it was enacted with an unrelated provision. (Minnesota law restricts legislation to a single topic.) At least 20,000 and perhaps more than 30,000 Minnesotans have obtained licenses for concealed pistols, and the state's attorney general ought to move hastily for a stay of Finley's decision so these law-abiding citizens are not entrapped by an ex post facto law change.

I don't know if this has been posted. Something important I think.
