"I think we have a few of our own",, damn straight, from both sides too. I'll give the edge to the GOP though. Drudge, newsmax, WND, Freerepublic. I'm not aware of any left leaning sites that have the hit rates these do.

All your internet are belong to us.

Are you surprised that those who take personal initiative and personal responsibility seriously are dominant in the use of the most powerful tool to ever assist in the cultivation and development of personal freedom? You shouldn't be.

Why do collectivists never cease to amaze me? You'd think I would have learned by now. :banghead:

I believe he meant that there are democrat agents coming to this site to sow doubt. If you'd like a finer point on it, look in the mirror.

So, Freerepublic is owned by the GOP? That's probably news to Jim. You have an elusive grasp on the truth. Go ahead, get another thread locked, DU boy. It appears to be what you trolls do best.

Moby? I have only heard of one other Moby. I wonder if his middle name is Richard.

Sigh. Why distort the truth, which is damning enough?

Moby, alone, advocated that others do this. He did not admit to doing it himself.

In fact, isn't saying he did doing exactly what you falsely accuse him of?

I'm not a Kerry fan. I'm not a Bush fan, and I am certainly not a Moby fan, but don't sink to the level of that which you despise.

I love that the Daily News caption tells us which is Moby and which is the senator. I understand people confuse them often. :D

Kerry spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter said, "I doubt that Moby was suggesting anybody suppress the vote. We did not use any dirty tactics against any candidate.

"When it comes to dirty tricks the Republic party wrote the book. We've already seen Republican attacks and we haven't even won the nomination yet. The Republican Party is clearly afraid of John Kerry."

Dirty tricks, maybe. Better than illegal tricks. I can't recall any Republican campaigners coming to wisconsin and giving cigarettes to bums to get them to fill out absentee ballots, nor can I remember any stories of people voting for a republican 10 times in one election, putting down addresses that don't exist, or stealing other people's identity in order to vote for a republican more than once.

"Moby suggests that it's possible to seed doubt among Bush's far-right supporters on the Web."

Gee, I thought the Prez was already doing a good job of that with some of his own proposals. And this from someone who generally supports Bush.

GSB- no need for personal attacks. if you can't discuss politics rtationally stay off this forum.

"So, Freerepublic is owned by the GOP? That's probably news to Jim. You have an elusive grasp on the truth. Go ahead, get another thread locked, DU boy. It appears to be what you trolls do best."

If you are so familiar with FR you know it's not "owned" by the GOP, nor do I state it is. If you were honest you'd also admit that as much disinformation is spread on FR as DU.

My main point was there are trolls from both sides. As some one aligned with neither, maybe I can see that more clearly than you and am not feeling victimized by leftie trolls, who are clearly in the minority here.

I'm no fan of GB, but in listening to the the money stealing, incentive squashing, ambition killing socialists like Kerry and Dean for the past several weeks, I'll probably vote for Shrub just to keep those tools out of the White House.

    Moby, BTW, is a dork.

    Honest election with no tricks?

Come to Chicago. We know how to run an election right!

The irony of the 2000 election to many of us Chicago types was seeing a guy named Daley standing in front of the press talking, with a dead straight face, about how horrible a "crooked" election was and how un-american it was to "tamper" with votes.

My late Mother literally fell out of her chair laughing at the sight of a Daley, any Daley, claiming an election was "stolen".

Chicago, where the Democratic party is so inspriing to citizens that many continue to vote directly from Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

I wish the Illinois Repubs were nearly as creative as the Daley machine continues to be, as far as dirty tricks and illegal election activity goes. It might finally give us an even playing field.

Latest report, Richie Daley had to fire one of his cousins for selling city trucks to his own mother in law, then leasing them back from her for the city for millions of $$$.

Moby is cutting off his nose

    To spite his face.

I deal with libs all day long everyday.
Even though I disagree with G W on some issues I have to vote for him
    because the alternative is terrible.
The Moby's of the world forget how the Dems steal Repub issues
for themselves and flub it up.
    Clinton persecuted medical marijuana
    Clinton persecuted welfare recipients
Clinton persecuted mentally retarded death row inmates
the "don't ask don't tell" gay millitary policy
hurt more gays lesbians then it helped
Clinton persecuted gays with the "defense of marriage act"

Don't the libs remember the debates with Clinton against Bush??
Clinton agreed with Bush 41 on allmost everything.

I find it amusing that musical artists were so close behind Gore in the first place. There was a time when their albums DIDNT have big black and white "parental advosory" stickers on them. I guess they have short memories.

Moby is a well-articulated, though no matter how articulate he is, it doesn't change the fact that he's not particularly smart.

Moby is to techno as Metallica is to rock.

I'll take Squarepusher, LTJ Bukem, DJ Shadow, or Thievery Corporation over Moby any day of the week.
