I'm looking at getting either Remington model 700 Mosin-Nagant or a Sako 85. I want 7.62x54, 30-06, or a .308. I will use for plinking coyotes and maybe elk next year. I'm on a budget so I need the most bang for my buck. Any suggestions so other rifles are welcome thanks for the help.

most bang for buck = finn mosin nagant with matching bolt and receiver. get one with a vg bore and muzzle and you will have a superb rifle out to 200 yards.

700 ADL. I have a Mosin and ADL in .270. One is a battle rifle, one is a precision tool. Two completely different purpose guns. FWIW you can find an ADL for twice what you would pay for a good Mosin, and have a much more accurate and refined gun. Don't get me wrong, I love my hex 91-30, but there is no way I would hunt with it over the lighter, shorter, more accurate, and better triggered 700.

a new 700 adl will only run about $300... seems like the best bet to me... if you're on a budget you should probably forget about the sako

If you're really really on a budget get a mosin but a 700 is a way better gun.
