You used to be able to buy screw on ones on ebay, but they are down right dangerous, and tend to fly downrange after 10-15 rounds. Other than that, I think you would have to have one custom made.

My M38 is fun, that's about it. Sights are a nightmare and accuracy is...huh? But hey it'll put a nice clean hole through 1/4" plate steel from Home Depot.
