Mossberg Plinkster....yes or no?

Bought one for my wife to get started with and she has no complaints. As mentioned already we did have to find a cleaning method that it liked. But after that I quit cleaning it and it has been more than 400 rounds without a problem. We did have problems with some additional magazines we bought for it not wanting to feed properly but they seemed to clear up and have not had any other problems. I think I paid $99 for it and put a $30 BSA 4x scope on it and turns out the little guy is quite accurate. My wife has proven to be the great white squirrel hunter around our property.

the new mossy is the most underrated 22 out there today. they are light, handy, accurate, and actually have a fully adjustable rear site, with windage and elevation. plus it is a copy of the mod 60 action so you know it is reliable.

I don't know about the new rifles, but I have an older Mossberg 320bb that shots sub moa with all most any ammo. I've also seen some good prices on the used, but less popular old Mossbergs that are still great guns. The US44 models are very popular, but very expensive. You can get a great used Mossberg for a great price if you look around.

Enjoy -

Bought a Plinkster from MalWart over the summer. Did nothing but jam on 5 different types of 22lr. Did the same thing with the extra mag I bought.

Had to fight management to get my money back. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Too bad, would've made a nice little carbine.
