:banghead: Hi, y'all; I got a Mossy 500 beater w/ a C-lect choke on it. How are these chokes mounted on the barrels? My idea is to remove the choke, shorten the tube, and remount choke for a legal length of 18.5 in., just to make a unique HD shotgun. BUT, how does Mossburg attach the choke? Brazed, soldered, threaded? Should'nt be too hard if it's threaded on. Any body know how it's mounted? Thanx, John:banghead:
