Volquartsen! "Ghost Tracker"
It isn't really a production rifle is it? "CZ_75"
CZ, I'm not sure what your definition of "production" is, but there's not a single Ruger 10/22 part in my Volquartsen. Never has been. It's made in Carroll, Iowa as a complete firearm exactly as it came from the Volquartsen factory, all of it. It is NOT a custom rifle, it's a (high-end) production .22 rifle. And no, I'm not interested in quibbling over words either. Per your Porsche example: if you think a Volquartsen rifle starts out as Ruger and then gets subsequently tweaked...you are mistaken. (BTW, my Porsche is certainly NOT stock production!)

our 1022's are pretty accurate. 5 shot groups usually around .2" -.4" @50yds with bulk winchester wildcat ammo..... never really tried the good stuff in them yet.

I did try to shoot the new Marlin 60 yesterday with a gusty cross wind. Man that trigger needs something done! Its not bad shooting out the pickup window at a bird or rock but on the bench, thats a different story.

Leave it to a Kansan to be shooting out of his TRUCK WINDOW! :D
But when you can see that far...I guess it's okay.

CZ-GUY, Sure, I'll post a photo of my Volquartsen Superlite. But someone needs to tell me how. I think I've got the camera to do it, but all my kids are grown & gone. None of my grandkids are here. So I'm officially techno-STUPID!
