Most drop dead reliable, take no @#$% .22 rifle?

Here's another from the IIRC file: I believe the Nylon 66 had the fastest cyclical rate of fire of semiauto .22 rimfire rifles. Last fall I put a centerfire handgun spinner at 50 yards [note: don't do this at home, kids] and fired at it with the Nylon. A .22LR isn't enough to spin the spinner, but around the 8th shot, very rapid fire, it flipped over because it had been zipped by enough of the puny .22LR bullets to impart enough energy to make it finally give in to the cumulative energy transfer. The 66 cycles very fast and has essentially no recoil, which is why that (stupid) trick worked.

I love the 10/22s, at least mine....it was a tack driver out of the box, with a manageable trigger, and no malfunctions with halfway decent ammo....great guns....The Nylon 66 is a great little repeater to, and if I had to pick a bolt gun, the 452 would be my budget choice, great guns....and Remington 541S would be my splurge gun.....one the best ever made.....

You just reminded me, I still want one of those. And just when I thought I had every .22 I wanted. :D
