FYI:
ALI-ABA are offering an MP3 download (60 minutes) of program entitled "Second Amendment Update: Gun Rights after Heller." For my fellow members of the bar you can also apparently get CLE credit if you still need it for 2008. Cost of download is $49.00. Link to website is:

Course details from ALI-ABA web site state:
In the landmark decision District of Columbia v. Heller, the U.S. Supreme Court held that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects an individual’s right to possess a firearm for personal use. The ruling overturned the District of Columbia’s ban on individual handguns and addressed whether the right to keep and bear arms is a right of individuals or a collective right that applies only to state-regulated militias.

Join the discussion as key players in the Heller litigation and experts on constitutional interpretation and litigation explore the questions this decision raises.

Topics include:

• How could the Court look at the same text, history, and historical sources, and come to such radically different conclusions?
• What is Heller’s future in the lower courts?
• Will Heller turn out to be much more significant decision than many people might predict?

Thanks for the link - still need to pick up some CLE's, so depending on the credits given it may be a real help.
