As a matter of fact, you can.

I ordered my first rocket launcher - an 83mm shoulder-fired Blindicide, ex-Israeli with packing case and blast shield -- from Numrich through the mail. VERY gently de-milled. Great for fireworks and for Halloween.

Back a little less than a decade ago, Gilbert's Guns in Rockville, Maryland had a somewhat less gently demilled Bazooka for sale in their shop.

That's why the best thing you can do for our rights is to take someone who doesn't own guns out to the range.
