muzzleloading shotgun proof marks

I have a double barrel muzzleloading shotgun with a proof mark of a crown over wheat and 3 plus signs in it. The number 34 is stamped beside it. I have sketched out the proof mark and attached it to this post. Please help me find the orgin of this gun!

I'll wager that it's a French proofmark.

It looks most like the 4th one shown here indicating "devices classified as firearms, simple or modal proof".

Looking at another site's French Proof marks, I wonder if the crown indicates 1st proof and the bottom section 2nd proof (St Etienne), maybe because it has double barrels.
