Neat! My son loves his 452 Scout, but he's not shot it THAT far! Keep it up!

You painted it? Drilled it? Cut off the stock? Where's the love?

Man that little CZ is a shooter! I can see why it was a great candidate for your long range experimentation.

That new stock makes for one different-looking CZ! The barrel barely makes it past the scope and fore-end!

Wow. How does it shoot at distance, 100/200 yards?

I have only fired 10 rounds threw it since i dropped it in this stock. and 300 yards was not a problem

nice work, man, and thanks for the photo diary. i've been meaning to set up a .22 for long range. let us know how the new stock compares to the old. it seems like the old wasn't holding it back much if at all.

That new stock is a huge improvement over some of the later mods you did.

What a big surprise it was to open my birthday present from my wife! It was a STOCK from Denny!!! I had mentioned it to her months back that i wanted one.. how did she contact or even know of Denny? She went to my good friend and neighbor/shooting buddy. and asked him if he knew anything of it. I had sent him an email/forward of the parts and stuff that Denny sells a while back. So he contacted him. And made it happen... What a big smile on my face i had when i opened it!!!

I have been neglecting updating the life story of the CZ scout. so here it is

    1. Did a Yo Dave trigger kit. set at 5-6 oz.

    2. Did a quick bedding job

    0706122008b.jpg

    0706122008c.jpg

    3. Got a differnt scope. SWFA SS 16x MQ

    0621122244b.jpg

    0621122244a.jpg

    0621121356.jpg

Every thing seems to be paying off. I took 1st place in the last match.

Now i just need to get out and try some long range shooting again!!
