After reading nothing but good reviews of the Bersa line I finally decided to takea chance on one so here is my novice review. Size and weight is definitely not "Ultra Compact" more of a compact size, think S&W 6900 model size. Still plenty concealable and feels good in my hands. Ambi everything which is nice but makes it a bit wide, still not to difficult to conceal. The sights are good, dovetail in design. Finish isn't bad, definitely not top notch but good enough for a utility style weapon. Anyways on to the good stuff :). I love the trigger on this thing, very nice, smooth and consistent DA pull and the SA is like butter, almost a little to easy if you aren't careful, can catch you off guard. Probably the best factory trigger I've shot. CZ trigger is the closest I can think of as far as smoothness. Fired 100 flawless rounds through her with no hiccups. Accuracy was good at 7 yrds once I figured out the sights as seen in this first pic.

Here is at 15 yards, with all basically within the 7 ring

Overall I am very impressed with it especially shooting Tulammo which isn't the most accurate ammo out there. My only regret would be not getting into the Bersa line earlier when they were cheaper to buy. Very reliable and plenty accurate IMHO. My advice is if you can get one at a good price, get it. Thanks for reading!

My Bersa Thunder 380 has been VERY reliable. The finish is a little rough around the edges, but as far as form, fit, and function, I couldn't ask for anything more.

I've yet to fire mine but I really like how it feels in hand. It's a bit bigger than I expected actually but that's the price you pay for a double stack magazine and 13+1.

The sights are replaceable with Sig #8's I believe. I'm going to get some Trijicons for mine as I intend for this to be my "table" gun.

Here it is next to an SCCY (I bought both but just sold the SCCY....smaller, but too "blocky" and didn't feel right in hand, to me).

I also have the UC9 and would trust it with my life.

I would love to compliment it with a HC9 and likely will after I purchase a Steyr L9.

The Bersa Thunder in 9mm, .40S&W and .45acp was patterned after the Walther P88, regarded by many as one of the very best 9mm handguns around. To my knowledge, the Walther P88 was discontinued due to manufacturing costs. I'm glad Bersa was there to carry that most worthy torch.

has anybody put the new CL mini laser on? I've got one from my Buckmark I'd like to try but its fitted to that gun vs. the full kit which has different bases to match the shape of the trigger guard.
