Hello All,
I have an appointment tomorrow with the family attorney to discuss a lot of stuff, but at the end of the meeting we will be discussing setting up a trust for a number of regular assets.
I mentioned that I wanted it to be also able to handle NFA items, and he said he had zero experience with that. Did not really want to do a lot of study to find out. (He is about to retire, and the business he is doing for me is because he is a long time friend of the family. No interest in any other business ventures.)
What does he need to do to make this new trust be able to handle both needs, regular and NFA?? I do not want to go track down a separate attorney and have them set up a separate trust.
Thanks,
