A.) Will it blow me up?
B.) Is it affordable?
C.) If no to "A" will it be accurate enough at 200 yards out of a 16" barrel?
If you can sell 1000 round bags for less then 140$ I may be curious.

Not enough info. Are you licensed? What components do you use? What kind of guaranty and customer service? Most importantly, what price!?!?
Do you have the proper FFL to manufacture ammo for sale?
Liability insurance? State and city business licenses?
It gets complicated. You can make all the ammo you want for your own use, and even give some to friends and family, but if you sell one single round for profit...

It's not illegal to shoot ammo that a friend makes for you, and it's not illegal to compensate said friend for his equipment and labor and I make friends pretty fast.

I never saw it that way, I always though it was more like giving your buddy gas money to drive you to work. If one of my buddies wanted a few rounds for his 06, I'd be more than happy to press a few for him, but I probably wouldn't do it for free.
I do agree though with the sentiment, with the ATF, the devil is in the details.

As far as being compensated for anything related to handloading and 'giving' away ammo, I really can't say your interpretation of the circumstances would sway a prosecutor, or even a jury for that matter.
Just think of the headlines "An illegal, clandestine ammunition manufacturing lab was shut down today...authorities have been investigating for months".
A career move, that almost ANY prosecutor hungry for publicity would LOVE to have.
While turning out a few rounds for a buddy might be OK in some limited circumstances, when anything of value is received as compensation (indirect or otherwise) you are still in actuality trading ammo for profit.
