So I've got a problem with one of my plastic 30rd mags. I would just buy another one, but I live in California, where the 2nd amendment has been violated and my right to bear arms has been curbed so I can't buy another easy. This one is a pre-police state ban so it's legal, and thats why I want to try and fix a plastic mag.

So the part where I feed the rounds in is tilted up slightly in the front part, causing the bullets to be forced up uneven which is causing my rifle to jam the thing into the camber unsuccessfully and jam. Does anyone know how to fix these things? Can I use a solvent of some kind to take apart the mag and then reglue it together? If so, what would I use? Thanks for any help.
