Need help with naming another new bullet -

My former father-in-law was given a Marlin-Ballard single shot rifle in the 60's by an old German guy who lived on his father's neighboring property in a refurbished chicken coop. I think he used it for dispatching "varmints" on the property. I have enjoyed shooting it several times.
My offering: As a lighter than 255 grain load, the "#1 Game Keeper"

Since I would imagine that most of these rifles are now used for Cowboy Action Shooting, how about something like:

#1 Buckhorn
#1 Outlaw
#1 Marshall
#1 Western
#2 Ranger (in keeping with the theme for levergun CAS bullets)

#1 Accurate
#1 Willard

The .38-55 has been renowned for its acccuracy since the late 1800's. I'm pretty sure H.L. Willard shot the first perfect 10 at 200 with one in 1885.

Let's think about that...

No, if naming a bullet/cartridge after a woman, it needs to be a more shapely number like .32-20 or, at worst, .30-30. A 246 grain .38-55 Martha (or any woman's name) is a good way to get slapped, spend the Labor Day weekend in the doghouse, and miss lots of good morning/night kisses.
