well in case you come back, what part are you having problems with?
Sounds like the hammer strut is jamming in the trigger housing. It'll do that sometimes if not installed correctly. Try flipping it over. You should be able to get it out without any further disassembly of the trigger group just by pushing the hammer forward and grabbing it with needle-nose pliers.
