There was a story in the Sun yesterday (okay, not exactly an examply of great journalism). Apparently Britney Spear's husband has been learning how to shoot, so as to better protect here.

(Supposedly, she's not too keen, but he was insistant).

I'm not sure Queen Latifah would be the best pro-gun celebrity to look up to. She was arrested in ~1995 for possessing marijuana and carrying a handgun (I believe she did not have a permit at the time).
