Yes, Federal Arms does make a threaded barrel for the Beretta 21.
I saw it in the magazine "Guns-N-Stuff."

The barrel is 1/2" longer than stock and is made from 416 steel.

Part number for 32 threads is B2132
28 threads is B2128.

Sorry to sound like a Democrat/gunowner there...

My "why" was more along the lines of "Why would you invest in a silencer on a mousegun when you could put one on a Ruger Mk II or a Buckmark & have a much cooler & more easily shootable pistol?" I've shot a few here made by a local gunsmith who does them for local LEO's. Great guns. If I ever have an extra $600, I'd have my Buckmark redone for a removable can...
