6'1", 200#, 34" waist. Usually wear loose fitting jeans or shorts with a loose fitting t-shirt.
An xd-40 with an comp-tac IWB holster conceals very well. BTW, I really like my comp-tac IWB holster and would recommend it to anyone considering IWB carry.

6'0" 220lbs 37" waste. I carry a plethora of options, usually pocket, sometimes IWB, sometimes OWB. Winter, I'll often carry a 3" Taurus 66 .357 Magnum OWB in a JIT slide. I will sometimes carry a Ruger P90 .45ACP IWB in a Sparks Summer Special. Summer, I have a Kel Tec P11 9x19 and a Taurus M85SSUL in a pocket or IWB. I also carry a NAA mini in .22 always in my weak side pocket. I recently acquired a Polish Radom P64 in 9mm Mak I will carry either IWB or pocket as an option. Occasionally I carry a 3" Rossi M68 .38 special IWB. On rare occasion I'll carry my Ruger P85 IWB, but rarely. If I'm going to carry a Ruger P gun, it's usually the P90.

Aside from the NAA, these guns all have one thing in common, a DA first shot and no safety to mess with. I keep it simple since I like revolvers so much. All these weapons are accurate and reliable. The NAA mini has a restricted range, of course, but under 50 feet, it's deadly, well, as deadly as a .22 gets with a 1 5/8" barrel. At least I can hit with it. :D Every one of my other carries will shoot 3.5" or less at 25 yards from the bench and the larger guns will shoot 1.5" from the bench at 25 yards.. I insist on optimum accuracy and 100 percent reliability in my carry guns. All these guns save the P64 which I bought Saturday have proven themselves. The P64 is very accurate, but I've only had a chance to feed 50 rounds of trouble free ball in it so far. I'm quite impressed with it, though.

My normal dress is either carpenter's jeans or Wrangler cargo jeans and I'll wear a long tail shirt over an IWB in summer, usually a baggy, oversize hawaiian style shirt, but with the smaller guns IWB, an oversize polo works.

This thread is kinda creepy.

Why do you say that? OP was just trying to get a reference if size/proportions had any bearing on what folks carry.

It really doesn't, has a lot more to do with attire, but there is a fundamental logical conclusion that bigger guys can conceal bigger guns easier.

Since I wear Wranglers and medium size T-shirts most of the time, I need either deep concealment or a vest/jacket. I know plenty of guys smaller than me who's everyday clothing allows them to conceal full size guns.

Perhaps we should have included normal dress style in this survey.........

ah geez why not.

sorry guys for not responding in a few days. i got put in a network class last minute from work this past fri. about 10 min from leaving.... figures. so i'm in class all this week. the excel file is on the comp. at work. i was initially trying to get an idea of the people on here that are replying a lot. there are a lot of "caliber" wars and a lot of people forget that we are all different sized and some can comfortably carry a larger weapon... hence their opinion that you should carry a bigger weapon.... but from the first post of the results to that date..... there were people not much bigger than me carrying a fullsize. then again, what comes into play is clothing attire. there are too many variables when all this comes into play. i was jsut trying to get some facts down. lol. i don't like wearing really loose fitting clothing. and here in vegas, it will be getting warm soon ( will be getting real warm in afghanistan in may... lol) and i will be busting out some shorts and tshirts. i wear a size small or medium tshirt. i'll have to mess around with my M&P .40 full size when i get back from the sandbox in Dec. well anyway.... i'll update the sheet with the new results when i get back into the office next week.

5"7" 208lbs Now are we talking pants size or waist measurement, as they are not the same. I wear size 34 pants most of the time. Sometimes 35" when I am carring IWB. My waist measures 37" with a tape. Generally I carry titanium revolvers. Or my P01.
