New 10mm SIG introduced

Just saw there’s a new 10mm option out there, SIG just introduced their P320 n 10mm. Haven’t seen a post on here yet so thought I’d share with the group https://www.sigsauer.com/p320-xten.html

Interesting how Sig adapted what was introduced as a 9mm platform to 10mm.

I always found the 10mm Sig 220 interesting. I think I still find it more interesting than this.

Still neat to see though.

Just a note to those that were freaking out over the idea of using an extended magazine release on a P365, this NORMAL magazine release on the P320 X-Ten appears to protrude at least as far, if not further, than the "extended" magazine release on my P365.

yeah! I’m on my last stretch of what mags to buy before the 30th. if I see MP or Sig mag available locally, then that’s what I’ll get

even sillier… You can’t buy mags over 10rd after May 30th. But before that… have at it. Sillies dang law ever! So we have to buy mags for gun we will eventually buy.

Speaking of the Tanfoglio Witness, will never let this one go. Zeroed at 25 yards, still hitting the clays in the 100-yard berm. I hand load it, on the "hot side". 14.0GR of AA-9, under 180GR. Hornady JHP.

Yep. This is what we're reduced to: buying up standard capacity magazines now for pistols we think we may be purchasing in the future.

First glance, the SIG website store does not have the 10mm 320 mags up for ordering yet. Nor do any of the other reliable SIG mag options (Midway, Top Gun Supply, Greg Cote). No joy in Mudville today.

That's a question I'd like to reach out and ask of one of my old contacts (if he's still there) at SIG. The Glocks in 10mm are a great platform for the caliber, but this new SIG looks to be very ergonomic (love the high undercut at the rear of the trigger guard, and the 320X series grips fit my hands perfectly) plus the flat triggers on SIGs 365 and 320 series are simply the best. A 5" barrel with the X-ray sights AND 15 rounds? This is certainly making me want to get back in the 10mm game, for sure.

The Glock 20 didn't click very well with me - but when the 40 came along, .357 SIG, .40S&W, 10mm Norma, 9x25mm Dillon...

...all sorts of handloading fun.

The platform's VERY forgiving of all sorts of nonsense.
