New 3" Ruger

God I need a 4" Redhawk .45 Colt.

They are pretty nice in both 44 mag and 45 Colt. I'm currently NEEDING a new Smith 657 snubbie. I just recently noticed Smith is making one. A 3" would be nice too. I need it BAD! Figure if I don't buy one fairly quick, there won't be any around and they'll stop making them.

First of all, hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. And to all my fellow servicemembers and vets, than you in safeguarding this great nation.

PSP, the gun was 535.65 tax, title, and tag. A fair cost seeing as how I haven't seen one of these last more than a week in a store in about 2 years.

Quo,
Thanks for the tip, I'll load the buggers up when I go hiking in Mark Twain in about 3 weeks and practice with those TiteGroup 5.0gr +/-. I like loads (in 158gr) that get up around 1100fps. I handle them well and they feel like a near perfect trail load.

"God I need a 4in Redhawk .45 Colt"
I was looking at one of those right before I bought the GP100. Logistics was the reason for going with the .357 (I load it and don't like adding new calibers. I currently have only 4 handgun calibers and load for 3 as there is no need to load for .22s :p). The Redhawk is one mean looking SOB though. May have to break my own rules and get one in the future...

Still toying with the idea of the old (full-sized) Lett grips or the compact ones that are supposed to come on the 3" guns....

Now if Ruger would just put out lightweight (metal) revolvers in .22, .327, .38 Spec, and .357, they would OWN the DA revolver market. Are you listening Ruger?!

Regards,
Lucky
