I bought some new Starline brass in 500 S&W and it's been getting stuck on the powder/belling die of my Dillon 550. They always come off with a little extra pulling of the press handle but the once fired brass never sticks...

Should I have deburred the mouth of this brass before loading it? Other problem?

A good deburr/chamfer couldn't hurt. Sounds to me though like the brass is just a smidge undersized from the factory, hence the reason the once fired stuff doesn't have the problem. I don't recall it ever happening with my 500 (also with Starline brass) but the expander on the Redding may be .001 bigger than mine, who knows. It's nothing I'd worry about. Just load'em as you usually wood and then as you said, after they're fired, you're good to go. :) You might also wipe down the expander with Rem Oil or something along those lines. I don't mean leave it wet. I mean oil it and wipe it off. Just a thought.
