New Alliant Sport Pistol Question

Has anyone tried ASP with .38 Special? The data shows a max charge with a 158 gr. lead RNFP as 745 fps, which gives a PF of 117; there's no +P data. I'm looking for a 130ish PF.

I wrote to Alliant via the contact form on their website and received an answer today:

At this time we do not have the 38 Special +P load data available when using the new Sport Pistol propellant.
I will submit your request to the engineering lab for possible future development. But, there is no timetable as to when this may be looked at for development.

It's not the answer I was hoping for, but at least it's an answer. Good to see that they do respond.

Yes, Alliant is very helpful. I imagine the burn rate is suitable if it is in the neighborhood of other pistol powders that have been aimed at the pistol games market.
