New Arex Rex Delta 9mm polymer pistol

Arex has introduced his new striker fired polymer pistol. It's fully ambi. The takedown needs no trigger pull and the slide pops up, not forward, pretty unique.

I kinda like the look and the features.

Looks like it could be a nice one. The Zero 1 has been on my radar as a 226 alternative, but I haven’t seen one in person. I think they could impact the market more, and maybe they will eventually, by getting their product out and advertised more.

Would I carry one as a Department issued duty gun? Sure.
Spend my own money on it? Nope.

How a gun takes down, as long as it's not truly difficult, is basically of no consequence to my thinking.

To me it sets a new record for ugly and they want way too much for it compared to the competition of other imports from a company with very little track record. Caniks are down to $300 or so and they MSRP this at $479? Even the M&P 2.0 , which is a really nice pistol, sells under $400 these days at many places. I was at LGS yesterday and they had new CZ P10C for under $400 which is another nice pistol from major manufacturer with excellent warranty support. Warranty support and parts availability can be a major PIA for some of these imported brands.

Don't know how close you are to the Brownells retail store but every time I've been in there they have 1 or 2 on the rack. They are nice.
