New barrel for 1917 Enfield action

Hi Guys
I'm thinking about my next project,
Where can I get a barrel for a 1917 Enfield in either 338-06 or 35 Whelen. I'm thinking 24-26 inches with fixed sights.
Any help will be greatly appreicated.

Brownells has barrels like you want, but I don't think there are any pre-threaded ones for the Enfield any more. Any gunsmith should be able to cut threads, install and chamber the barrel, and put on sights, but it will not be cheap, and it is not a DIY job unless you are a gunsmith and have some high ticket tools.
