New competition class: EDC Challenge

To me it seems very incongruous to have an edc challenge that isn’t “ from the holster “

And there you have touched another point that is often in any given ranges rule books. My range only lets you draw and fire in certain areas of the range and eden then you have to sit through an orientation. I’m one of the lucky ones.

Many ranges don’t allow draw and fire.

Counts me out. I do not have a 40 round magazine for any of my carry guns.

I meant 10 rounds at each distance ...

My suggestion was truly for fast defensive shooting at defensive distances ... where skills like point shooting (sighted/unsighted) would prevail.

BTW, that's how I do my shooting drills, but at multiple targets.
