its 7.5X7.5 8 feet up
What's the exhaust pipe.?
Very nice. Looks great!
More like a tiny house than a deer blind! Looks to be a huge asset for years to come!
I'd live in that place lol!
That's a seriously nice hunting house.
The correct answer is small wood stove.
Does the rain make a lot of noise on that corrugated roof?
(It's probably nicer than my first dorm-room...and I couldn't shoot deer from my first dorm-room )
I got it framed up and outside temporarily........
nd a big storm blew it out in the field and overturned it. My fault, I didn't chock the wheels. I have it uprighted and parked in a safe place til I can get it finished on the inside.
I'm gonna insulate, and wire it for solar, and install a camper stove/oven, and a couch.
8x12 with a porch.
Armored farmer. nice blind and liking the combine as well How big of a head are you running on that rascal?
What? No dry compost toilet?
That's nicer than some of the houses I lived in as a kid.
I wish I were joking.
Nice man. That's really cool. I enjoy kicking back and being comfortable when hunting. Call me "not a hunter" if you want, but I'm not trying to rough it. lol
Very nice !! Here is mine ,going to raise it 10 feet this weekend using a backhoe with forks. Bottom has a steel base that accepts 4x4's. Camo her up and Im good to go for PA opener.
If I wanted to hunt from inside, I can do it from the house. Those are some very fine hunting "shacks", if that word even applies.
ArmoredFarmer, I put a like on yours. Not for it tipping over, I am sure you have it upright by now, but its pretty nice too.
I built one 5x5 7 foot tall in front. 10 foot high. Though I think 6-10, just to get you above brush, is good. Are shadowblind mounts for 4x4s? I liked idea. But was annoyed 4x4s didn't fit. Had to shave them down in woods. Should have paint or sealant after I shaved.
I've got blind spots. Should cut some holes and just put plexi glass over.
By myself, I wouldn't want to go bigger than 5x5, unless sleeping in it.
Somewhere in my picture folders,,,
I have a picture where someone hoisted a small travel trailer onto pylons.
Your rig looks nicer.
Sorry, I just saw your question.
We have a 12row cornhead and a 35ft draper bean head. I wish I had gotten a 16row for it....it is a corn eating monster.
Labor saver for sure. Gotta love the right equipment. The farm I help on does not have quite that large but it works. They are good freinds and I labor for free for hunting rights. Works for all of us.
yep thats right its a exhaust pipe . i actually spend the night and have no wish to be found dead from a no-vented heater . spent 4 nights this year only problem with spending the night is that the nights are rather long this time of year
My chair .it was a freebie
and yes there is a TV and yes i did shoot a deer
Where is the picture of the deer?.
Remember no picture it didn't happen.
These are some very nice deer shacks.
This was the view from my elevated blind last evening, Dec 3, 2020
My question is how do you not take a nap in the chair
