I know its nothing special but I saw it today and decided to bring it home with me. Its got a little finish wear at the muzzle but looks perfect beyond that. Can't beat it for $299.

Looks like G22. For $299 I would take that home too and having two pistols I have no need for one.

$299? Good call on buying it. I would have as well. I don't personally like Glocks that much but we have one and shoot it. It's the G22 model. Which looks like the one you got there but I can't really tell......

Stole it.

I always avoided the G22 due to it's large size. I just never saw a need for it. However, I really like the overall feel and balance of this gun. I should have given it a chance before now. The DNR crest gives it a little character as well.

Good deal. I had to pay $90 more for the one I picked up yesterday. Only consolation prize for the price difference was that mine still had the last traces of the factory lube :)

@ $389 that's still a steal. Hard to beat a G22.... or a G23..... or a G19...... G32 is pretty cool..... then there's the G31...... oh yeah, I like G17's a lot too.

I don't like the full size glocks or .40s&w but for that deal, I would have even bought one!

That's my feelings to a T. I never liked them but for a bedside go-to 40 it's perfect. The night sights still have a few years in em as well.

A full-sized Glock should be about ideal for a HD handgun. Makes me regret selling my Glock 24, back in the day. :D

Once I got past the "Every hand gun I own must be concealable" phase I have found a lot of cool, defensive guns. This G22 is so comfortable to shoot and fits my hand perfectly.

I think I paid between $300 and $350 for my police trade in glocks - and the only reason I got the first one was because it was a good deal.

I agree. Nothing like that on the two G17s I had though. If there was, I would have kept them. Just like the magazines I bought in late '04...

This is the first gun that I ever showed my wife and received a reply of "Cool, don't ever sell that one. It's got personality".

We own a place on Lake Allatoona and see the DNR around the lake a lot. I guess that makes it cool to her.
