My name is Philip and I live in Colorado Springs (The Springs) with my beautiful wife and 3 wonderful kids. I am a life long shooter and hunter and shot NRA service rifle matches years ago (M-1) and have decided to get back into reloading. Look forward to discussing and learning more about shooting.

Welcome to THR Philip. My wife and I are planning a trip to Colorado Springs next July. Is that a good time of year to visit Colorado Springs?

My name is Brian, and I'm from Southern Colorado.
My interest in guns covers every thing from hunting to self defense. I hunt deer, elk, and bear
every year, as well as any variety of small game.
My collection consists of Savage and Mauser 98's as well as several various handguns. My current project is a Savage madel 10 in 25-308 Ackley Improved.

Wow, I've been a member of the HR since about 2003, but this is the first time I have been able to get in since the change over several months ago..

Glad to be back if this works.
 
Returning member. I shoot 30-06 and 308 battle rifles and 223 pee shooters. I also have a collection of Police Shotguns. Glad to see that The High Road is still around.

Greetings All, nice to be here. I am in the middle of yet another build.
it's a .300BLK AR with a Lars OPS4 L side charger upper] and happened upon The Highroad.
I realized I had enough spare's to only have to purchase a barrel to build another, got optics and accessories. I think this will have a Magpul MOE fixed Stock, I like em.

A big "hello there" from Rough River, KY! My name is Gary and have been shooting since I could stand up (we won't talk about my present age in retirement). My wife and I live in a rural area and target shoot in our backyard where we have 25yds clear when the corn or beans are up, then 1000yrds or so when it's cut and clear. She likes her 9mm, and I prefer my 45acp although this year I have ventured out into the 40 S&W caliper and just set up some dies and loaded some test rounds this week! I do have many questions about this round and progressive presses I'll be diving into soon. It's great being a part of a community like this where we can share data and experiences for "tried and true" ideas. We do use other calipers and long guns, but I mainly reload handgun rounds.

I've lurked here a little while and recently registered. I have found some darn good information here, so thanks all!
I've more rifles than pistols, but spend my time now trying to shoot the handgun. I am mostly a 1911 fan, but do like my Beretta M9A3 and my old wheel gun, my S&W 686.
 
Long time lurker and finally decided to start posting and sharing in the conversation. I currently work for a large police department in Michigan. Interested in all things guns specifically weapons that I use/can use at work as well as training.
 
I’ve lurked around this forum for a short while then decided to register. I’ve been handloading rifle, pistol and revolvers for over 25 years. I like the information shared here and believe your never to old or young to learn from others experiences. I reside in East Tennessee and am looking forward to interacting with other members.
