I don't believe being able to buy a gun privately without a background check is a loophole.


However, do you think that anti-gunners will ever successfully make it a law that any gun purchases need to have a background, even private purchases?

Some say it’s a major loophole in the law. At gun stores, you have to get a background check before you can buy a weapon. But online in most states, anyone from law-abiding citizens to dangerous criminals – even terrorists – can get just about any weapon they want, no questions asked. Our hidden camera investigation shows the deals going down in broad daylight, in suburban mall parking lots.

Wow sure, I have bought guns from local online ads and met up for the exchange in a parking lot, I have also done the same for a trailer hitch and even an air compressor.
