New Rossi Doesent Work... Need Help

Hello, I just bought a Rossi Matched Pair, and the second barrel will not clip into the stock because the clip on the barrel is about a milimeter to thick... should I return it or just grind off the milimeter or return it. I bought it on the internet, and it will be a huge pain to ship back. Whats your opinions?

Return it pronto....much less pain than grinding and screwing it up
