So I "upgraded" my home security system with an 8 week old American Bulldog. Unfortunately he hasn't been named yet. I liked the thread with gun related dog names so I thought I'd get some advice for my little killer. I was leaning toward Cooper but the girlfriend doesn't seem all that excited about it and he's technically "our" dog.

Just let your GF name him. It will be easier, trust me. I wife and several animals. She nixed my name for our Pit. Why did I bother, I know better. :scrutiny:

Not gun related but I vote for either Sh1+head or Snots.

FiFi. Imagine some not so nice person's reaction when you call "Fifi?" They'll expect some effete French poodle.

Name him Winston and get a spiked collar:D. Ours isn't much good for security. All he does is eat, sleep and ****... literally. To give you an idea of just how lazy he is, his previous home went up in flames. He never even twitched and a firefighter had to carry him out.

    To red dragon...

Perhaps you are thinking of an english bulldog. Not much small about the american bulldogs...kinda like a bigger pitbull.

How about Beretta? Then you could link to TV Shows and Guns. Chipperi, I grew up in the Northern VA and had a friend living in downtown DC with a pet raccoon. Called him 'coon. Not a good name for downtown DC in 1965......!!

I saw one in an old cops and robbers movie named "crunch". I can't recall the name of the movie, it wasn't a great movie but the dog's name was fitting.
