I love the looks and feel of this gun. I can not wait to get started loading for it, and stretch it's legs. With the bi-pod and scope on it, it weighs a scoach under 12lbs. Here are some pics, sorry they are bad, but its been raining here for two days so I cant get outside to take some good ones. I put the Banner 6-24 on it for the photo shoot.

I completely removed the weight screw from the external adjustable trigger. Nice feeling trigger now.

Nice rifle. I've got the same in 7mmRemMag. I had mine bedded and installed a Jewell trigger. The bedding did nothing to the accuracy which is in keeping with H-S Precision's claim of not needing it. Mine shoots AMax's under 1/2" on a calm day. The bolt is much smoother than my other 700's.

If you took out the weight screw, didn't that affect the trigger reset? Nice rifle.

No, the trigger works fine with the external weight screw removed. I have not pull it apart yet to see if it has internal adjustments like the old Remmy triggers yet.

I have also added a Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10x44 Target.
