Hello everyone! nice to be apart of the high road. I have read alot of post and have gotten pretty interested in alot of your feedback. I hope someone can help me with this minor problem. I carry an H&K usp compact in a .40s&w stainless. Right now in a uncle mike's kydex holster. What i am looking for is a good holster that will not sratch up my finish and be more comfortable. I have looked on alot of websites but none show the gun in the holster:confused: . It is alway's another gun(I hate that). What i really want is paddle holster with a thumb brake, black and more comfortable then this bulky kydex. If you have any picture's that would be awesome as well*i like the visual to get a better idea). Thank you very much for your help in advance and i hope to get to know more of you in my high road experience.:)

I have a Comp-tac paddle for my P2000 and it's great. I've ordered one for the USPc .45 I just got. It doesn't have a thumb break, but does have a pretty secure retention system. You might check their website to see if they offer one. Blackhawk also has one with a retention arrangement that requires you to push a button on the holster with your trigger finger as you draw in order to release the gun. The Blackhawk is a little bulkier and doesn't hold the gun in as tightly to your body as the Comp-tac, however.
