New toys

I have a few new toys I thought I'd share here:

My newest is one I've been waiting for over 5 years to arrive, a Randall model 25 with a carbon blade and standard model 25 handle:



One I've been waiting forEVER to find available, a Flight of the Intruder Cold Steel knife. I finally found one on eBay and went after it.



A real beast of a knife, a Busse Fat Flat Fusion Battle Mistress:





A very nice Nepalese made Gurkha:



And finally, a damascus hatchet:

I like the hatchet the best, personally.

Gotta love the ESSE names! All nice really, That Randall has to be worth a ton of money.

Like all the Randalls I've bought, this one is superlative in its quality and attention to detail. For a big hunting knife it has an edge that is so sharp that it'll split atoms. It's not the grind I'd choose for heavy field work, but it'll open a deer, elk, or moose hide just by looking at it.
