Ok folks, we've got people from the albany area, some down statish folks, the central region folks, and me out here in gods country. Anyone have a good range out there way? I've got land out this way, but it's a 4 hour drive from albany. A bit too far for some people. Anyone belong to a local range that is empty on certain days or is wiling to rent out for an afternoon? Throw some ideas out there folks I've got an itchy trigger finger and have some ammo to burn up. Always more fun with company.

Ilion eh? I was up there a few weeks ago at the remington factory on business. Interesting place. Well, since i started the thread and I seem to be sort of defacto in charge of this venture. I know for a fact I have land out here that we can all use. I'm not sure everyone would be keen on driving out this way though, would they? Otherwise, i'll hunt down a range somewhere in the eastern finger lakes region that would host us. Any input?

Well folks, sorry for the delay in response here, but i've been very busy working on a congressional race lately in the NY 24 for those who follow such things. I'm working for the guy who is trying to oust Boehlert. Fun stuff. Anywho, i've been having trouble finding some clubs around the area. If anyone can help us out in finding a place to host such a shoot, well, it'd be great. September is on her way gentlemen...

I'll host you and all the East Coast THR people next spring/summer at our 3rd annual GUNS ALONG THE MOHAWK. (We had guys from as far as Florida this year!)

I wish I could find the time to put together 2 shoots a year, but between work/school it's next to impossible.

Ask FP1201, we were going to have a black rifle hunt last year, and it never got off the ground.

Everyone is welcome to join us at the Syracuse Gunshow Saturday Sept 18th!

FP1201 has a table there and all our GATM friends from the FALfiles/ARFCOM are having a get together.

Yep adirondack, I was workin' for the good Doc. That's why I was in Illion indeed. Unfortunate that he lost this time. It was damn tight last cycle, we just kinda got our posterior sides handed to us on a platter this time... I guess it was the millions of dollars he spent on negative mailers? Ah well. Lets hope november treats us better... But yeah, if you're willing to host us next summer, I guess that's gonna have to be the best thing. I"m back to school now (gonna get that bachelors degree soon!) and I dont' have the time to put a shoot together now. Sorry guys Unless someone can step up and find us a spot to shoot.
