    Hey everybody,

    Just wanted to officially say 'howdy' to all and thanks to everyone who runs this camp. The first round of Shiner is on me.

    Could be a judo term; IIRC it has been used for KT or MT ratings of nuclear warheads, also. (Ahh, those crazy Cold War years!;) )
