Probably just like McBain: on a big pile of money with lots of beautiful women, except Moore probably has to pay for the women:D

I can honestly, without hyperbole or exaggeration, say the following:

"This does not surprise me. Not even a little. Total lack of surprise."

He's a shameless liar and he shamelessly lied. This is what a Michael Moore movie is all about.

    Liar, liar, pants on fire!

So, Michael Moore is exposed, yet again, as a liar and a fraud? How does this hurt him?

was, most likely statutory (cannot file suit without some claim of compensatory damages or cause of action gets bounced). Not for certain about Illinois law though.:uhoh:

    I AM SHOCKED!!!

    not

He has absolutely no shame. I wonder how much he, or his publisher, pay to various attorneys to protect him from himself.

Also, depending on state law, if there are damages (even for just $1) then the defendant is liable for the plantiffs legal fees. Which can be millions of dollars. Neat scam, huh?
