Looks like the sponsor finally figured out how dumb the proposed law was.

Those of you who claim that profanity is the refuge of the inarticulate are wrong.

What begs to be said about this cretin is definitely unprintable.

These imbeciles wallow in their ignorance and wear it with an idiot's pride.

    Long story short:

She wanted to ban the evil satellite killing .50 bmg, and got caught in her ignorance by not pandering to the hunters.

When she realized she _was_ after their hunting rifles, she backpedaled in a hurry.

Loretta Weinberg? Not likely.....I think the more likely senario is that once the tripe was laid bare, and she wouldn't be able to push the bill through and then claim 'It was never intended to do that', she found the political cost of pushing the bill vs. backlash from hunters too high.

What's worse is how many of those hunters who would punish her for this bill:
    A) Are in her district and voted for her.
    B) Applaud her for her vote on the smart gun bill.
    C) Support the reauth of the AWB

Wait until they make it just .50 BMG, let's see how many hunters will raise a stink then. :barf:

    In a word? Yes.

Bottom line: There are a lot of people serving in various state and federal level houses of Congress who are much dumber than you or I.
