Today's flash(es). Illinois State Police who cannot seem to get FOIDS or CCW licenses delivered on time due to understaffing caused by the state "sweeping" revenue from them to other budgets are asking the legislature to pass the "improve the FOID" bill which will raise fees, require fingerprints, and cut the duration of the permit in half. They say it will be faster. Also, I see they want to require applicants to have $1,000,000 in liability insurance before getting a CCW, but want to prohibit insurance companies from extending coverage to gun owners. Add in bills requiring added taxes on magazines and Illinois will have taxed everything but air. Can't make it up.

Our future is grim.
We're losing our freedom and the state is losing it work force. People and businesses are fleeing the state in flocks.
There's not enough producers left to pull the gravy train.
...and yes they're going to try to make our cc more difficult.

are there more voters outside of Chicago than there is inside of it?

No.
Chicago cemeteries are full of voters.

There really is truth in that.

My Grandma was an election judge years ago and while verify someone who came in to vote said, "You look pretty good for a dead guy." They asked her what she meant, she told them the name and address on the registration they were trying to vote with was a neighbor that had lived a few houses down from her and my Grandfather- and had died a few years prior. The fraud voter turned around and left.
