Hi Guys,
Yep, I'm a noob at posting here. Been reading and reseaching here but I haven't found what I need so I have to put this out here for your expertise.

My father has an Ithaca model 66 supersingle .410 shotgun. Serial # 946xx.

I'd like to find out as much history about this gun as possible. What year was it manufactured? It's somewhere between 1963 and 1978 if my search is right.

How many were made? Any guess as to value would be appreciated but what I really would like is "when and how many".

Thanks for your time and knowledge.:)

The Ithaca Model 66 was made between 1963 and 1978 in 12, 20 and .410 bore.
There is not a lot of collector interest, and I don't have any serial number information.

The factory serial number lists went to BATF in 1986 when Ithaca went bankrupt.

Value of your gun today is probably in the range of $200 dollars, although the 20's and .410's command a slight premium.

Here is one at auction you can keep an eye on.

Thank you for the information sir.

I'll keep an eye on the various auction sites to get an overview or prices.

Thanks!
