My Norinco 213 was my go to pistol for years. I bought 2 of them in 1992, $89 each. I put one in the safe, and shot the other one weekly. I had over 55,000 rounds through it when I finally gave it to my brother. It was my most accurate semi-auto handgun.
I own the Norinco 213 ex-safe queen and a Romanian TT-33. I just won an auction for a Yugo M57.
I was able to get the Romanian's barrel (7.62x25) to fit in the Norinco, I used the barrel bushing from the Romanian. It works the other way also. You have to remove the spacer in the back of the magazine well to fit the original 7.62x25 magazines in the Norinco 213. I only hand cycled the Norinco with the 7.62 rounds, it seems to work OK. The ejection port on the 213 is too small to eject an unfired 7.62 cartridge. I had to remove the magazine to get the unfired round out of the pistol.
It is real easy to convert these pistols to fire 9x23 Winchester, that is what I normally shoot in the Romanian.
