There is an unbelievable story on page 12 in the January 12 issue of Gun Digest Magazine. The short version goes like this: A CCW holder uses his weapon to defend himself from two attackers. He was acquitted of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury. Testimony was given regarding his good character and reputation. Still, the presiding judge ordered him to surrender his CCW to the local sheriff and has refused to allow his weapon to be returned.
