(as reported in the news yesterday)...what's to stop Homeland Security from subpoena of the NRA's membership list and then adding us all to the terrorist watchlist?

Is this where we're headed?

BTW, subpoenas are signed by a judge based on oath or affirmation to evidence of a crime. Schumer is a Congressman. He can subpoena all of us to appear in front of a committee, and we would come.
