Ya'll probably know Tom Gresham and his show www.guntalk.com.

Well I am a member of the truth squad and I listen to his podcast's every week. (Mainly cause if I am not hunting on Sunday, I am in Church during his program.)

Anyway, he has a no shrug policy and I am trying to step up to the plate a bit.

I am the owner of Levergun Leather Works ( www.levergunleather.com ) and I found out by calling the NRA that I qualify to offer a discount membership.

I also became a Life member today and have bought gift memberships for two other folks...So Far.

Anyway, we need all the help we can get and if you look at Obama's website and click on the transition team page, scroll down to the crime law enforcement portion and you will see how he is planning to take away our guns.

So I am now a recruiter for the NRA and on the home page of my website, I have a NRA banner for you to click on and sign up to be a member for $25 bucks instead of the $35 bucks.

The link to my site is www.levergunleather.com

Please join and buy some gifts for others. An associate membership is $10 bucks and we need as many members as we can.

Thank-you for reading this.

PS,
If the administrator finds this fitting to make it a sticky, that would be cool.

All I want is folks to read the info and join the NRA.;)

The thing is, is that's not a discount. $25 is the membership price because $35 is designed to make you feel good about $25 and GIVE YOU MOTIVATION TO SPEND. It's marketing 101. Am I speaking hypothetically or specifically based on experience? Experience. I've been politically active for the 2nd amendment for 20 years and was an NRA member a long time ago before I let it lapse because of too much mail, too many over the top/ridiculous gimmicks and phony "surveys." Getting the $25 "discount" is easier than falling off a log. My renewal mailings ALWAYS offered it. Also there are always recruiters who will give you the $25 "discount" price. Plus, the internet makes the magazine not only 100% irrelevant but out of date by the time you get it and a waste of paper. I just rejoined as an "associate" member ($10) to send a message to "the crew" who will be taking power. I only wanted my name on the rolls. I have no plan to give NRA any more money. The gun manufacturers will be getting THAT ;)

definitely sounds like someone who is in the wagon, letting all the rest of us doers pull him along for the ride. as has been said before, you're either with us, or against us. if you wanna keep your bang sticks, keep feeding the 800 pound gorilla. simple as that. and no, i'm not gonna apologize if i offend anyone. this is too serious a subject to fool around on with warm fuzzies.

join the NRA, GOA, CCRKBA, SAF,etc. gift memberships make great stocking stuffers.

we're gonna need all the help we can get to stop this runaway freight train full of anti-rights socialists.
